Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide nursing care for elderly, bedridden, and end-of-life patients.
2. Assess, plan, and coordinate with the nursing team; assign tasks appropriately.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in patient care.
4. Advise and educate patients, families, and staff on health care.
5. Maintain equipment and medical supplies for optimal use.
6. Comply with quality, risk, and HR policies.
Qualifications
1. Gender: Female, Age: 25–40
2. Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree
3. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
4. At least 3 years of experience
5. English communication skills are an advantage
6. Service-minded with a passion for helping others
7. Good communication and negotiation skills; cheerful and energetic
8. Positive work attitude
