Duties & Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist clients.
2. Register and manage documents per One VELA standards.
3. Provide accurate information via phone/online/in person; coordinate with relevant units for additional info.
4. Deliver service satisfaction and follow up per One VELA standards.
5. Act as a Brand Ambassador—present a good image and keep information accurate and updated.
6. Coordinate among patients, nurses, and doctors; accurately record data in the system.
Qualifications
1. Male/Female, 25–37 years old.
2. Education: Diploma to Bachelor’s degree.
3. 3–5 years’ experience.
4. Positive attitude, calm, polite, service-minded.
5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
6. Resourceful and effective at problem solving.
